About the Plant Breeding Journal Club:
The purpose of the plant breeding journal club is to provide a relaxed and open discussion forum for all topics relating to plant breeding. The club is open to anyone in UF who is currently involved with, or is interested in learning more about, plant breeding. It is open to all faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students.
The weekly meetings of the plant breeding journal club will be used as a vehicle to discuss and critique current plant breeding literature, and to examine individual research questions such as experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of results. Our goal is to have a comfortable atmosphere in which everyone can openly share ideas and learn from each other.
Please feel free to join us for as many or as few journal club meetings as you wish.
